Thet Mar Htwe completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Zoo) in 2005 and earned a Diploma in Accounting in 2008, along with a Certified Computerized Accounting (MYOB) certification. She began her career as a Supervisor at Cooperative Bank Limited (CB Bank Myanmar) from 2002 to 2011. After nine years there, she transitioned to roles as an Accountant at Light House Company Limited and Myanmar First Asia Company Limited from 2012 to 2014. She later served as an Assistant Chief Auditor at Natural World Company, handling financial statements, cash flow management, and advanced Excel-based financial analysis. Since October 2021, she has been working with Protax and Audit Company Limited, where she successfully expanded client portfolios and provided advisory services for both local and foreign companies.
